OK, since you asked..

Hi!! I'm Cassie. I'm 28 years old and live in the North Carolina mountains with my husband (Garrett) and my dog (Jelly), and I will without fail bring them up during our session. I can't help it - they're just the best! Garrett & I got married in 2023 after about a year of trying to convince ourselves and everyone around us that we were just friends. Turns out, he's the love of my life. I truly believe I've already been far luckier than any one person should be allowed to be in a single lifetime - 1) to be born into the family I was born into (hi mom & dad!) and 2) to have met him. *swoon*

We love to spend time outside whether that's a long walk in our neighborhood, a drink on the deck, or (more recently) breaking out the roller blades. I'm all ears for any tips on graceful braking... I also love to bake, try new restaurants and breweries, and lift weights. Oh, and take photos. ;)

Alright, alright. Enough about me. I want to hear about you - your life, what sparks joy, what makes you nostalgic, what makes you feel at home. Those parts of life are what makes it worth photographing. The big stuff is undeniably great, but those little, not so obvious things that make the day to day so special can be even better.
